Delightfully distracted

29th January 2025,

Second day of blogging.

Usually the 2nd hour of our college starts by 9:25 am or 9:35 am if it is french. Our ma'am is known for giving grace time to reach the class as the french class is filled with students across the campus. For some it takes 3 min to reach, for some it takes 5 min and for a few like me and my friend it takes more than 10. We don't just walk but we get distracted by the nature. This statement is utterly fair to say out in MCC. I'm a great lover of trees especially huge tall trees. whenever I walk through the campus I've been never failed to spend a moment to admire them. I just can't control myself from patting (an act of comforting) them as like they're some kind of gigantic pets who lives and grows in the same spot ever since they are brought to life, capturing a lot of memories. There are some trees set right opposite to the department of zoology, they are the tallest trees I've ever seen in MCC.

Back to the 2nd hour story. What was I'm saying... Yes, the distraction rate caused by the nature in MCC is more than justified to file a complaint. But such distractions by those lovely auras are necessary in life. They are worth being distracted by. Generally a "touch me not plant", in between the Anderson hall and women's lounge pulls our attention to play with them. Just imagine, while playing with those touch me not(s) during the grace time(10 min) given by your strict(but sweet) french professor and being caught by her. There are two cases that may happen.

One, she scolds for being kiddish and drags you and your friend to the class.

Two, joining us in playing with those little green aliens.

So stay tuned to know what happens if ever we get caught by our professor. It's really a rare event to happen because we got some supernatural power to reach the class on time (2 min to get down the stairs of qsc, 3 min to reach the lounge, 4 min to play and get distracted and last 1 min to rush to class)  we still have 10 sec when we enter and show our face to ma'am (let's omit part where we look like homeless by investing all our energy in running all the way to class) which is fair enough to claim attendance for the hour and that's how we're surviving. That's all today.

Meet you in my next blog.

Happy distractions✨

Have a nice day✨
