Hellooo guys ...
I hope you all are doing great. As I mentioned in my last blog I gonna share some tips to safeguard your mental health. I'm not a master or a pro in this but it worked for me perhaps it work for my dear readers as we all are humans in common. Also, it may apply or work for a boy. (I don't wanna lose my male readers of I really have any) I care everybody you know.
Let's start with the biggest thing that shatter our mental health. Education?
Trauma? Reality of getting older? Physical appearance? Relationships? Money? Liberty? Parents? Or being a parent?(No not that one), advises(oops!), self esteem... Wooooo wait wait wait! We got alot, aren't we?
I have people around me who are suffering from one of more than one of these including me. If you watch closely you can find something common. Yes, the stress is caused by each of these issues. The amount may vary but a STRESS is a STRESS!
Okay, I hope everyone has a trauma by birth (yayy!... hyphy!) sorry. Let's talk about it.
Usually what we do is, we overthink stuffs. We imagine, we direct a whole scene in our mind with different endings with different responses which is not a bad idea but when we have something happened or happening that is surely out of our control... What should we do?

Yesss, you've got it! we should not care about it. {Simple}. But you know what? It's the most difficult thing in this world! You can even master inverse trigonomentry but this thing is like finding your favourite chain in a running river which is possible yet seems impossible. I'm sorry for making you take a step back by telling you this but when someone or something is haunting and hurting your little heart you cannot simply turn on to the 'not gonna care' mode. We try, we fail, we try again, we fail again, we get hurt, we won't give time to heal, we again let ourselves get hurt, and somehow by heaven's grace we will be delivered a few grams of brain that we have lost during that hard phase of life and we forcefully carry a hideous but innocent smile and say to ourselve, we can't do anything about it, What has happened is happened. And all of the sudden you love yourself, you take care of yourself, you dress-up(not everyone), you eat healthy(not all day), you feel like you are living a new life. But that's not the end. Sadly. Yup the scars cannot be erased in a night. We learn to live with scars. We learn to tell the stories of how we got those scars and how we overcame them without serious getting another one. Yes that's the truth we cannot just hide that scar. We will be busy all day and suddenly we get to see that scar(memory) and surprisingly we move on. Which is not at all simple. But darling, Believe me it's possible ♡.
