Half sleeping?

           Hello guys, Today was not very tiring for me which is unusual to be. Because, each day I feel tired and sleepy no matter how long I sleep at the end I'll be left with no energy. In my last blog I've mentioned the possible reason behind this state of tiredness which is 'half sleeping' as I call it. My own definition for Half sleeping is having an fragmented, incomplete or unfulfilled sleep which can never give a feeling that we get out of a serene sleep. This includes taking random naps in a day. For example, 
If you divide your sleeping hours into parts, you are half sleeping in my view. Say for example I sleep for 2 hours in the evening and 8 hours at night which is 10 hours in total. Approximately a human with 8 hours of sleep is meant to lead a healthier life. In this 10 hrs of half sleeping case I'm supposed to be active but my body is acting out of league. Even though I sleep for 9 hours or more than that in a day, since it's considered to be half sleeping in my words, there is no point of feeling relaxed or relieved after the sleep because each time you sleep in a day, you will be waked up and dragged to consciousness at the stage where you would've reached the deep sleep but you force your body to wake-up even though you feel like you need more sleep so this action will let our brain to interpret it wrongly and labels as "lack of sleep". So according to my half sleep theory, having 8 hours of undisturbed complete sleep is far healthier and relaxing than having more than 8 hrs of half sleeping which will turn you to be tired the whole day. Yesterday I composed myself on an experiment to check this, I forced me to stay awake in the afternoon so that I can directly sleep at night and as I planned I slept for around 8 hours at night continuously, I didn't yearn for some more sleep which is something that I never did when I used half sleep but it was enough and I felt content. So, if you are of my kind, feeling sleepy even after sleeping for hours, you better have a complete continuously sleep which will helps you to regain all your energy and stay fresh and active throughout the day.
