A little story : part 1

1st February 2025,
Fifth day of blogging.

As I mentioned in my last blog, I'm gonna share one of my unique soul melting memories. I'm not sure about the date but that was a fine October. Me and my mom went to a hospital called 'Hindu Mission' for her diabetes check up. My mom told to have my breakfast while she was busy packing her's. I told her that I'm not hungry and I'll eat once we get home back. But she instilled it again as if it gonna take 2hrs to return. But you know what it took four long hours which literally left me sitting like a skeleton. So, this is what happened we went there, it took an hour to complete the registration, waited for 20 minutes for my mom's turn to enter the lab to test the pre-meal blood sugar. It doesn't take much time as I expected. She comes out with a bunch of papers, we went directly to the cafeteria. My mom had her breakfast. She was more focused on her watch where I was focused on her food because my stupid brain started giving me appetite Signals. When I asked mom about her constant noticing of her watch, she replied, " I'm just calculating the time as I need to go for the post-meal blood sugar check up". "After how long?" I asked. "Just 2hrs from my 1st bite of the meal darling". She replied.

So did you see what happened literally she was saying it in a very calm voice. I mean TWOO HOURSS!!! I'm already hungry enough to eat a full goat as a single person. But can't say that:) she will beat me down. But it's not my fault at all. Maybe a bit, but she would've told about this 2 hrs concept.
My bad.

Here comes the best thing that happened.
So we went back to the corridor where the patients are supposed to wait with patience.
There was sitting an old couple, they must be of 70 years old with wrinkles running randomly on their skin without their consent. They could barely walk and move. And to their sides was sitting two gentlemen who were probably waiting for their turn. And few more people, a newly married, a couple with a newborn, and a father and his daughter.

So there were basically two rows of chairs set on the either sides of the corridor leaving a space in between to make way for the people passing by.

To bo continued...

Okay guys sorry for saying this but I don't really wanna make you get bored by reading a very lengthy blog so I decided to continue this in my next blog:) So stay tuned.

Have a nice day✨✨
